Senior Vice President of Operations Kevin Conway, supports all vertical markets as a senior leader within the P4 Security Solutions (P4S) organization and was most recently responsible for the oversight of security operations of over 80 client sites, a majority of which were in the Chicago BOMA market.
Kevin provides leadership to the P4S account management and support staff while managing the profitability of the business, security licensing compliance and related office operations. With a security and military career spanning more than 26 years, Kevin has led a number of projects that have consistently met the needs of a variety of clients, while delivering best-in-class service and measurable results. Together with his expertise in the security industry, Kevin possesses an extensive military background and is currently serving as the First Sergeant for a Brigade Headquarters company, acting as the commander’s senior enlisted trusted advisor.
